I'm currently working in the healthcare domain, contributing to a project that aims to improve the user experience and digital workflows in physiotherapy and fitness centers.

One of the key modules I’ve worked on is called Siren. This project is based on the medical domain and is designed to support both physiotherapy and fitness use cases. It includes two main user scenarios:

• User Forms for Common People:

  In this section, general users can join a physiotherapy or fitness institution by filling out digital forms. The system captures their personal and health-related information, which helps the medical or fitness staff evaluate their condition.

• Staff/Admin Functionality:

  The admin or staff side of the application manages all the data collected from patients. The system allows them to view patient histories, track their progress, assign exercises, and determine whether the patient requires medication or can recover through regular exercise routines.

Swarna Dance Academy - Link

Swarna Dance Academy is a web platform designed to promote and manage a professional dance training institute. It showcases various dance forms taught at the academy, batch timings, instructor profiles, and registration facilities for new students. It also helps manage announcements and media galleries for dance events.

Shiv Gyan Moti Lal Eye Hospital is a dedicated website designed to provide detailed information about eye care services, doctors, and treatment facilities offered by the hospital. The platform helps patients find relevant information like consultation timings, available treatments, specialist details, and contact information.

DeGS Aadhar Portal - Link

CSTF Aadhaar Portal is a web-based platform designed to streamline Aadhaar-related services for users. It allows individuals to submit Aadhaar updates, check verification status, and communicate with the admin team for assistance. The portal supports both user-facing forms and admin management capabilities.
